Runcast is simple. It just tells you the best time to run based on the weather.
If there are at 30 minutes of good conditions from the time Runcast refreshes its weather data, it will tell you to “Run Now.” If the weather isn't good now, but it will be later in the day, Runcast tells you to “Run Later”, and tells you what time things are good for running. If the conditions are no good for the rest of the day, you get “Run Anyway.”
Tap the gear icon to set your ideal running temperature, wind speed, and recovery period (the time of day you usually don't run).
If you think in kilometers and celsius, there's a setting for that, too.
Have some time for a run and need to quickly find out if the runcast is good? Runcast includes a Today widget in Notification Center. Just swipe down from the top of your screen any time to get a quick running weather update! (You may need to add the Runcast widget to your list of active widgets. Just tap Edit at the way bottom of the today view).
